1. How can you afford to give these valuable accommodations?
   Many resort hotels have empty rooms during non-peak times. We contract with them to fill the rooms that would have been empty otherwise. They know you will probably buy meals and spend other money while you are there, and they know that many people will come back as paying guests.
2. What kind of hotel will I be staying in?
   You will get a mid range accommodations. Not the Hyatt. Not Motel 6. Something in between
3. Do I have to sit through a time-share presentation when I get my free room?
   No. There will be no sales presentation to sit through or any other requirements of any kind.
4. Are meals or transportation included?
   No. You are on your own for meals and transportation.
5. Do I have to purchase expensive airline tickets from you to get my free room?
   No. You can travel any way you want - even drive your own car.
6. Will I be required to make any other purchases or spend any more money to use my vacation certificate?
   No. No other purchases of any kind are required to redeem your vacation certificate.
7. Who is providing these services?
   We have contracted the vacations for you from a travel brokerage company for your enjoyment. We cannot be liable for misunderstandings or disappointments for failure to perform.
8. Can I use my certificate for group travel?
   No. Individual travel only.
9. How old do I have to be to use my vacation certificate?
   You must be at least 18.
10. OK, what's the fine print?
    You must book your vacation at least 45 days in advance. Accommodations are available Sunday-Thursday nights during non-holiday weeks. They may be unavailable at other times during peak travel or conventions in some instances. You pay just the room tax and $12 reservation fee - your total hotel cost is about $30 in most cases.
11. What's the procedure for redeeming my certificate?
    1. Select the city you want to travel to. 
    2. Mail your certificate with your $12 reservation fee, or call the number on the certificate and use a credit card for the reservation fee. You will be mailed a reservation form for the hotel in the city you selected.
    3. Use the reservation form to reserve your hotel room. You will pay the room tax at that time directly to the hotel.
    4. Enjoy your vacation!
12. Can I extend my vacation beyond the 3 days & 2 nights?
    When you make your reservation, ask the hotel if they will have vacancies before or after your 2 nights. Most hotels will be delighted to have you extend your stay and have you pay for the extra nights.
13. Can I buy some of these certificates for my friends and family?
    No, our contract states that they are to be used for promotional purposes only, and we cannot sell them for personal use. However, you can tell your friends and family about our services, and they can get a free certificate by ordering our services.
